1. Introduction:

The services offered by Tramango are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and above. If you're under 18, you can utilize our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. User Accounts:
To access certain features of our platform, users might need to create an account. When registering, it is the user's responsibility to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and should promptly report any suspicions of unauthorized access or security breaches.
5. Services Overview:
Tramango provides a platform through which users can book flights and purchase insurance products. It's essential to understand that we act as intermediaries, connecting users with third party service providers (airlines or insurance companies). The exact terms of each service (like flight rules or insurance coverage) are dictated by these third party entities.
6. Refunds & Cancellations:
For flight bookings, refunds, changes, or cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective airline. Service fees charged by Tramango for facilitating the booking might be non refundable. Insurance policy cancellations or changes and their refunds depend on the terms set by the third party insurance provider. Our platform may occasionally contain links or references to third party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Tramango isn't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third party entities.

It should not be illegal, offensive, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove user content deemed inappropriate.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tramango, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.

By submitting such feedback, you grant Tramango an unrestricted, perpetual, and royalty free license to use, reproduce, and implement these suggestions in the platform or other products without any form of compensation.

During your use of the platform, you may receive confidential information pertaining to Tramango or our services. Unless explicitly permitted, you are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not use or disclose it to third parties.

25. Limitation on Claims:
Users agree that any claim or cause of action related to the platform or these terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, irrespective of any statute or law to the contrary.

Upon any breach of these terms by a user, Tramango reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include issuing a warning, suspending or terminating the user's account, and seeking legal action.
27. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):
Tramango respects copyright laws and expects its users to do the same. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may reach out with a complaint aligned with DMCA provisions.
28. Feedback:
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions shared with us can be freely used, adapted, and implemented by Tramango without any obligation to compensate or acknowledge the user.

Tramango reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. 30. Relationship Between Parties:
These terms and the relationship between users and Tramango are governed by and construed following the laws of Nigeria. Both parties agree that these terms do not establish any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
31. Third party Beneficiaries:
Except as expressly provided in these terms, there are no third party beneficiaries to this agreement. Only users and Tramango have any rights or obligations under these terms.
32. Interpretation:
Should any part of these terms be declared illegal or unenforceable, the affected provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable without altering its original intent.
33. Dispute Resolution:
Both parties commit to resolving disputes amicably. If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, either party can propose to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Nigeria.
34. Termination:
Tramango reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the platform for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms. In case of termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will be terminated, and you must stop all activities authorized by these terms, including the use of any services.
35. Tax Responsibilities:
All financial transactions on Tramango might be subject to taxes imposed by regulatory authorities in Nigeria. It's the responsibility of the user to be aware of these taxes, and where applicable, pay them or factor them into their transactions. Tramango shall not be responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, or remitting any such taxes.
36. International Use:
Although our platform can be accessed worldwide, we make no representation that materials on this platform are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Nigeria. Those who choose to access the platform from other locations do so on their initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
37. No Partnership:
Nothing in these terms shall be interpreted as an attempt to create a partnership, agency, joint venture, or any other form of cooperative endeavor between you and Tramango.
38. Compensation:
Users agree to compensate Tramango, its directors, employees, partners, and agents for any claims or expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

In accordance with Information Technology Act and any other regulations in Nigeria, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer who can be reached for any grievances you might have with the platform will be shared on the platform.
44. Platform Updates:
Tramango may roll out updates, upgrades, or patches for its platform and services. These might be for enhancement purposes, fixing bugs, or introducing new features. Users may need to update the application or software to continue using our services optimally.
45. Non Exclusivity:
The agreement between the user and Tramango as set out in these terms is non exclusive. Both parties are free to enter into similar agreements with other entities.
46. Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, software, and other material on the Tramango platform, is the exclusive property of Tramango or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content can result in legal penalties. Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the platform, which must not be used for commercial purposes without express written consent from Tramango.
47. Service Descriptions and Pricing:
Tramango strives for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and pricing of services offered. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete, or up to date. In the event of an error or discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information.
